Dr. Timothy A. Williams is the Founder and Senior Pastor of New Beginnings Community Church and the Founder of New Beginnings CDC, both based in Detroit, Michigan. He also serves as the CEO of Tim Williams International, LLC (TWI). With more than 35 years of experience, he provides spiritual care and leadership as a pastor, coach, consultant, and teacher. His work centers on transition management, leadership development, and lifestyle and holistic well-being. Through his inspiring messages and transformative methods, Dr. Tim has equipped families, churches, businesses, organizations, and universities. He partners in ministry
with his wife of 40 years, Lisa.

Dr. Tim emphasizes the importance of successfully navigating the season between where you are now and where God is leading you. He believes that timeless biblical principles can guide each person through the space between “now” and “next,” enabling them to move forward with godly confidence. His passion and purpose is “building people”!

PASTOR NYREIA HARRINGTON WRIGHT, DMIN., LPC

Pastor Nyreia affectionally known as ‘Dr. Nyreia’, is the wife of Stanley L. Wright. 

She is a mother and grandmother. Pastor Nyreia Harrington Wright’s educational accomplishments include: Bachelors of Science in Information Technology (BSIT), a double Masters Pastoral Care and Counseling.  In addition, a Doctorate of Ministry in Formational Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary.

Pastor Nyreia was licensed and ordained in November 2009 at New Beginnings Community Church. She holds a license to counsel in the State of Michigan. Dr. Harrington has authored several books; "A Season of Prayer: 40 Day Devotional for Women”, “Grow-The Practice of Spiritual Transformation is an act of self-love, and “Healing the Little Girl Within”.

Pastor Nyreia loves to teach God’s word, lead God’s people in Spiritual Formation and release biblical and transformational teachings. She is currently serving as a Pastor at New Beginnings Community Church located in Allen Park, Mi where she has been a member for over 25 years. 

Elder Keith Echols is an excited servant for Jesus Christ!  He is passionate about working with God’s people and helping them identify and operate within their God given gifts and talents for the Kingdom of God.  He accepted his call into the ministry in1999 and was later ordained in 2002 at New Beginnings Cathedral, now New Beginnings Community Church (NBCC)  under the leadership of Dr. Timothy A. Williams, Pastor.

Elder Keith seeks to serve in any capacity he can.  Within the Church he has officially served as Deacon, choir member, team and branch leader.  In every capacity he draws upon the knowledge and wisdom of God to provide a service that is effectual for the Kingdom of God.  He currently operates as the Executive Pastor at NBCC overseeing various people and aspects of ministry operations. In the marketplace Elder Keith uses these same gifts to provide leadership for his business w3r Consulting, a national Information Technology (IT) corporation.

Elder Keith also seeks to serve the local community through NBCC outreach efforts and through his service on various community focused boards.   He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Nardin Park Recovery Center.

Elder Keith was born in Detroit and matriculated through Detroit Public Schools.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wittenberg University and holds several industry certifications within the information technology field.  He has been happily married to Weslia since 1993 and is the proud father of two girls: Kyndall and Kynadi.
