Dr. Timothy A. Williams is the Founder and Senior Pastor of New Beginnings Community Church and the Founder of New Beginnings CDC, both based in Detroit, Michigan. He also serves as the CEO of Tim Williams International, LLC (TWI). With more than 35 years of experience, he provides spiritual care and leadership as a pastor, coach, consultant, and teacher. His work centers on transition management, leadership development, and lifestyle and holistic well-being. Through his inspiring messages and transformative methods, Dr. Tim has equipped families, churches, businesses, organizations, and universities. He partners in ministry
with his wife of 40 years, Lisa.

Dr. Tim emphasizes the importance of successfully navigating the season between where you are now and where God is leading you. He believes that timeless biblical principles can guide each person through the space between “now” and “next,” enabling them to move forward with godly confidence. His passion and purpose is “building people”!

Lady Lisa M. Williams is passionate about Divine Order  and Service. She believes that we have been saved to serve and that order, acquired through a renewed mind, results in an extraordinary increase and new beginnings. Accordingly, Lady Lisa believes that anyone can have a new beginning and is committed to teaching God’s people His truths and principles for  Kingdom living. She currently operates in the gifts of teaching and administration at New Beginnings Community Church(NBCC) and not only serves as the Director of Family Life  Department but also as the Leader of Christian Education. Additionally, Lady Lisa passionately serves to build up the sisters of all ages at NBCC.

Lady Lisa was born and nurtured in Saginaw, Michigan. She currently holds a degree in Chemistry and General Engineering from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia, and a degree in Pharmacy Practice from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.   Recently she received a certificate in Coaching from Dream Releasers Coaching located in Stockbridge, Georgia.  She serves in the marketplace as a Pharmacist, Consultant, and Growth Coach.

For such a time as this, Lady Lisa has been graced to be a Wife for over 33 years, a Mother of three adult children, a Grandmother of four, a published Author, and inspirational Speaker/Teacher.  In accordance with this grace, she is purposed to reach, teach, and touch many for the glory of God.
